Shipping Information

For most orders, we offer free shipping worldwide. Check the specific product for details. Note that before placing an order, you must first take measurements. This can be done by your local tailor or if you are in Istanbul for work on vacation, we can take the measurements in person and provide a more comprehensive fit consultation. Consultations are also available over the phone, and we can guide your tailor through the process over video or voice chat to make sure you get the right measurements.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns for eligible purchases made from EagleFalcon.com or through one of our partner shops. Returns for a full refund can be made within 60 days of purchase. Within 120 days after purchase, returns will be accepted for store credit in the amount of the most recent retail price. Orders will not be eligible for returns or exchanges after 120 days of the original purchase date.
